Fantastic experience!

The hotel is VERY close to business offices. It is also a short distance from the city center. This made getting around simple. Breakfast was AMAZING. I found many tasty options. The room was really quiet during the night thanks to a very good door.

The hotel offers delicious breakfast options. I saw lots of variety for both vegetarians and meat-eaters. The breakfast area was kept very clean and organized, and the staff made sure all items were fresh and well-stocked. It's an EXCELLENT way to start the day.

The hotel smelled really nice. The hallways and our room smelled lovely and fresh. the bathroom was really clean too. i'd say this is one of the cleaner hotels i have stayed in. the staff was also friendly!
i would have liked a vanity kit in the room though the room was still amazing.

the hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to the town center. there are also lots of lovely little bars near the rail away station to explore. a large shopping center is also close by.

the staff provided good communication. the reception staff were very friendly, and we were able to check in a bit earlier. the hotel staff are helpful, made all inquiries pleasant.

the room was clean and had everything i needed. the bed was comfortable. the room was modern, attractively designed, and spotlessly clean! complimentary water was provided in the room.

I found the staff very efficient and helpful, especially when I needed directions. The breakfast buffet had an very nice selection.. the quality of the food stood out. I liked the hotel's proximity to the city center, about a 15-minute walk.
The street outside was a bit noisy at times due to the trams.

floor to ceiling window common areas cancelled reservation lost money
The room was lovely it had a floor to ceiling window. Common areas smelled wonderful the aroma was captivating. I found the breakfast varied and plentiful.
My flight was delayed the arrival was around 4 in the morning. The hotel canceled my reservation I lost money.
